The National Yo-Yo League is comprised of nine Regional Contests held throughout the United States. The Regional Contests showcase the best competitors from the different parts of the country and provide a series of focal events. Competitors are encouraged to travel to multiple Regional Contests.
The Regional Contests qualify players to the U.S. National Yo-Yo Contest held annually in October.
The Northeast Regional (NER) covers: Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island
The Mid Atlantic Regional (MER) covers: Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland
The Southeast Regional (SER) covers: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida
